I do every time, feels nice idk why. Probably since I’ll never have my own family in real life. I always get Lucia from Whiterun and then eventually adopt that one girl from Solitude. I wish you could adopt one more kid too so you’ll have 3. And then once you get a wife as well, you’re a successful adventurer with a loving family to come back to after long days of questing.
From a logic standpoint though, adopting kids and having them live anywhere outside of the walled cities in Skyrim would be incredibly dangerous. I’d almost expect them to die
