At the outset, I will say rape is bad and shouldn't be committed ever.
It's true women crave rape, but that doesn't mean rape wouldn't harm them. For example, someone may crave drugs, but those drugs may cause an overdose. Someone may want to gamble, but that will cause them to lose money. Someone may crave processed meats, but they're designated a carcinogen. Just because someone craves something doesn't mean they should have it.
Obviously though, this doesn't mean we should punish rapists however. If someone eats meat, are we supposed to punish the cow?
If rapists should be punished, I think the rape "victim" should be punished too to disincentivize her from victimizing herself by rapebaiting. If rape is so bad, then we need to punish rape victims who seek to quench their thirst for rape.
Punishing only the rapist is like only offering substance abuse treatment for a drug dealer, but offering nothing to a drug addict.
It's like the saying goes - be careful what you wish for. If women want rape so much, maybe we should legalize it for the rapist. All women are so addicted to rape that if a genie from a magic lamp offered to grant them three wishes they would wish for as much rape as they can.
