Normies like to think they're morally sound and virtuous. They stroke their own egos constantly. To admit our issues would also require them to take some level of personal responsibility in partaking in bullying and outcasting people for no good reason (something that most of them are guilty of doing).

This acknowledgement ofc would go against the perfect view of themselves that they have. Admitting to partaking in shallow behavior, while also accepting that people they hate by default face issues too. They'll never do it unless they benefit from it somehow.
