it really depends on the person tbh , some can find joy in their own hobbies or shit while others rot and keep coping with muh I choose to be single.
I wouldn't say I'm MGTOW but I have tried some new hobbies myself, just to find joy in life. More camping and taking motorcycle driving lessons. It's a nice distraction and gives me joy, but I can never shake the occasional feeling that it would be more fun if I could share the experience with someone.

I’ll add though that you’ll have to develop hobbies; my favorites by a long shot is fucking over foids and there children. That always is a based activity no matter which way you cut it.
Then with the Switch 2 out I’ve been playing through the Trails series which is fantastic peak gaming.
Lastly I’m a very good cook. But for example I got a Ninja Slushi machine so now I can do slurpees in the comfort of my own home.
