i mean if you're severely schizophrenic or have some form of mental illness that impares your life in such a meaningful way that you can't live normally at all, then sure. but most self-proclaimed "mentalcels" are either fakecels, or copers.

i have severe social anxiety (diagnosis), but i'd still be restrainted to call myself a mentalcel as it's not, primarily, my mental health that causes my romantic distress but my looks. i wouldn't have this diagnosis neither if i wasn't so ugly, hence looks is basically the most important thing in most cases, not your mental health. also, social anxiety, or e.g. autism, is only a noticable mating issue for men, if any
