The next time you are in a room with people (class) look at a reflective surface or pull your phone out and switch the camera to be on your face. Look at the expression on your face and see what it's like. It would be best if you did this whilst in the back of the class so that nobody behind you can see you looking at your face on your phone (no need to make a fool of yourself).
