I fapped three times in one day and when i went to bed i woke up in the middle of the night twice with an erection.

Do i have high T or high libido? I'm 32 years old. I have kinda low sperm count though but it seems i can get an erection pretty easy, especially when i'm sleeping.

But i've seen plenty of people on this site who claim they have ED and their not even in their 30s.
