Serious Do I have a high EGO? Did mom's gaslighting got into me?

Even though I got called ugly by people a couple of times IRL, got my face rated extremely low on r/incelselfies, and got professionally diagnosed with mental illnesses (autism, adhd and schizophrenia), I absolutely hate calling myself ugly, truecel, incel, autistic, and schizo. And whenever I call myself those terms when I need to, it's slowly killing me inside because I kinda feel like I'm defeated by normies. Does anybody else feels like this? Do I have a high EGO?

Or is this the cause of my mother gaslightings, like her always telling me that I'm special or there's nothing wrong with me whenever I talked about my problems to her?

For starters:

(1) Yes we ARE defeated by normies. We are literally at the lowest.

(2) You got gaslighted indeed. I received the same meaningless remarks i.e. "you're special" and all that bluepilled bullcrap. The only way you are special is by being non-NT it seems which, I'm in pain to tell you, is one of the worst issues. I'm sorry.

I understand you brocel. All mothers call their sons beautiful. To be completely honest, I'm not sure that they're gaslighting us. Maybe they actually believe that we are handsome and their instinct is doing the work. I certainly wouldn't call any of my relatives any derogatory adjectives.
