If you work 40 hours a week, which is actually 50-60 hours a week if you consider commuting or staying overtime at an office which most people do, you barely have time for much else. MAYBE you can squeeze in the gym 3-5 times a week if you have the energy.

Aside from spending time by coping online to relax, managing your finances, buying groceries, etc. How the mother FUCK do you have time and money to spend on a girl you're not even getting sex on?

Its a very easy thing to do, most of these guys are orbiting girls ''in their social circles'' so they go out with them on the weekends or see them after work, I knew one cuck from my previous work place who would drive this girl who he was orbiting, 4 hours and back to see her chad boyfriend and lend her money weekly to pay for her groceries and bills, the fool was obviously a fucking moron and couldnt see he was being used, so I just cut contact with him after I left the job.
