As someone whose last gaming devices were a PS2 and an nvidia gt 740m laptop I need disclosure on the whole pc/console debate. Which is better and why. I know that pc has better performance but then why do consoles sell? Is it because of the cost or hassle?

Furthermore does the better performance in pc justifiable. I mean, are the graphics really that better

I have an xbox series x, but I prefer a PC. If suddenly the PC turns out to be under repair, I switch to the XBOX

I've given up on Windows.

With that factored in I'd say PC and console are pretty much equal, overall.

PC is better if you have the money to afford the minimum specs that mogs a console.
