I used to in my MMA days almost two decades ago.

It gives you a lot of power and athleticism.

No im a skinny bastard.

Mogs me! :feelsmega::feelsmega: Why did you stop?
I got older and less motivated.

My bones and joints are still fucked up from doing all of that to this day.

I recommend that above anything else when it comes to strength training for athleticism. It makes you a lot more stronger and explosive.

Brutal. Do you envy people who can do this shit?! I sure do!
Yeah I wish I could be intimidating to people on the street.

I don't, not only because I'm a weak subhuman piece of shit but also because I see it as a pointless activity

Its not pointless. As @starcrapoo pointed out, this stuff gives you a lot of power and athleticism!

The oly style lifts works out your posterior chain the most and whats even better is that they're full range of motion.

Which means fuller range of muscle development while preserving flexibility. Aspects that are important for sports.

Good athletes are merely just fit.

Great athletes have developed posterior chains (the rear side of your body such as hams, glutes, back, and traps). and strong developed legs (from all of the heavy full squatting involved with oly lifts).

You wanna really avoid powerlifting if youre training for athleticism and power (which is ironic since it's called power lifting).

No they have good genetics which preserves their joints, enable explosive power from fast twitch muscle fibers.

How heavy did you go in your lifts? :feelsmega::feelsmega:

I've never done any weightlifting.

No. Honestly, this just ruins your body.
I used to know two dudes who did this at an early age.

It wears you out fast. Many injuries, herniated discs, worn out joints.

It is of course impressive what the male body is capable of, but this is too much stress and wear for the body to recover fast enough.

Cardio > weight training, imo.

I only do light weight training nowadays, since I don't do it for foids anymore, like the blue pilled me used to ... .

I do it for good posture, my health, for me.

If all men would do what they do only for themselves, foids would loose all the power that they have.
