LifeFuel Difference of 4 months with low doses of steroids and working out at home

Not to rain on your parade, but that is indeed some rather poor gains. You need to join a gym, work out for 5 days/week, do compound exercises like squats, dead lifts,bench press, shoulder press and chins, and aim for low rep. Get at least 100 g of protein/day, and a 500 kcal/day surplus. It's such a waste to not do things properly when you have the roid boost activated.
Oh, and stay at 250 mg of test only for first time, no need for more. And do a proper PCT to be safe.

Thanks for at least not being an asshole, but I did gain 20 pounds and I have been 128 - 138 my whole life so getting to 155 i I feel pretty good about it, but yeah certainly could do more. I have 5 or 6 weeks left so ill deff push myself more.
 
you said you're doing pushups, what are your stats? how many could you do on day 1 and how many can you do now? NOT calling you out just curious, i'd like to give bodybuilding a try when i move out

From 15 to 40 at a time, but pushups are not the best for gaining anyway. I just like doing them
 
I tried steroids before and my issue was not eating enough. You have no idea just HOW MUCH MORE you need to eat when going on a bulking workout. Forget going from 3 meals a day to 5, you need to eat like 9 meals. Constant protein consumption.

Cheapest good protein is tuna fish. Best way to force all that extra food down are shakes. I like fruit-veggie shakes with protein powder.

Are you injecting or doing oral?
Did you test your T levels before hand?
do you feel different in your day to day life? Mor confident, more energy, etc?
Why don’t you lift weights at a gym instead of at home?

there is a difference but to much for 4 months even without steroids join a real gym you could have had these gains in 2 months. if you dont belive me i can pm you pictures of my 4 months transformation without steriods

Test was 30 US dollars plus shipping. I am only half way through this one and only been injecting for 8 weeks, I got 5 - 7 more weeks to go. Everyone laughing at me on here gave me extra motivation to work harder today and now I am sore AF lol.

Yeah I will but not for at least 6 months to a year.

250 MG of test E per week. Most body builders say this is a waste of time and not enough, but I dont know I think having from maybe being low test all my life I am more sensitive or something cause I am responding well to it.

But since starting last week I added in 150 MG Durabolin a week (My first synthetic steroid) and gaining a lot again. Most body builders use at least 400 Mg of test up to 1000 MG and then add on like 500 - 600 MG of another steroid THEN use tablets like Dball.

If I used that much my heart would probably explode, I am responding very well to low doses. But I realize its probably my first and wont respond this well again

Good point, I wouldnt be working out at all not on steroids, the first 3 months I did, was only for motivation knowing I could use them if I got some progress and I learned a lot about basic bodybuilding and how to feel that burn. I mean, I work out with jugs of cat litter. Most of the gains I made in my pics were actually made the last month, because I started 3 natural. And im not even done yet, I am only 8 weeks into cycling, and im using a low ass dose. Wait until I finish my cycle in another month betabux fakecells. I will look probably above average, compared to a twig. Yeah could have done that naturally, but heres the thing. I wouldnt have done it cause I dont have that much dedication or motivation
Also its a shitty picture on both ends, the first one you cant really see just how skinny I was, but I was 137 - 138 pounds. Second picture 155 pounds. Could have done it naturally yeah, but I just wouldnt have done it naturally, being totally honest. I would have lifted for a few weeks then gave up.

you feel good now, but when you stop you need to reactivet your natural T , read for PCT . Roids arent safe, this gains are not worth the health risk . back then when i was 19yr i take roids 500mg sustanon 8 weeks , 9 10 week pregnil 5000U its hard thing i do not want to abus this thing ,or inject in litle dose to feel good its not worht the risk . you will gain MM whitoiu them, you are not profesional bb , and its over over over

This is a nice progress. It took me like a year to make a progress like that.

Join a gym and amp up your protein intake? Using two light dumbbells alone isn't going to spur enough muscle growth and looks like you're going to have to be on steroids for the rest of your life. You've already messed up your natural test production.

And Yes I do believe you could've made more gains if you were at the gym.
