Went to a Catholic middle school so religion classes there were mandatory. Honestly I loved it because it was easy af. The teacher was a laid back priest who taught as a part time job and he didn't give a fuck tbh. We were always watching movies, doing easy group projects or occasionally reading the bible and sheit. Good old times.

In public school most of the times they don't have religion classes, or if they do they must offer an alternative because public school can't enforce religion and all. Usually they offer something called ethics and civic training which is equally as easy but without all the religious crap.

Not at school but at scouts I had a very religious scout leader.

No, my parents forbid me to attend them

Yes here in tunisia it's mandatory in public schools altough it isn't an important subject

I had to learn about muslims and jews and how Hitler is apparently "Bad" But when i see this world now, Its very bad and its not done by Hitler

No, i went to school in late 90s and 00s, communist influence was still strong, no one cared for religion. I used to go to Sunday classes at our local church. My nephew now has religion class held by orthodox priest.

Not in high school but I went to a catholic university so they had a religion course you had to take.

It was fun brainmogging all my "catholic" (degenerate) classmates on the bible and then do my atheist reveal on the last day.

I could have made that class hell for everyone and debate-bro'd my professor into oblivion, but I just wanted to get through it ezpz

yea i did
the teacher was a nice middle aged guy who used to be a firefighter, but honestly he was too laid back, he rarely had order in the classroom. it was chaotic tbh hated every minute of it
