When i was a kid i was playing with some friends. We were playing in the woods with swords and shields and stuff. Going around on quests. We were like 8 kids in total, pretending and roleplaying, even fencing with each other sometimes. Some kids had better stats and abilities than others. I remember how happy i was when my grandpa made me a huge shield. This was before anyone had internet really, only a few had. These memories sparked now after i watched this playthrough of LOTR for SNES.

Of course, i remember LARPing as secret agents with my cousin. We even had walkie talkies and shit. Good times.

Yup, build homemade swords and bows, broke into abandoned houses, built little hideouts innawoods, from young age to 12 were good years, then puberty kicked me in the face
