I suspect the reason for my low energy is sleep apnoa, some brocels in the past already suggested. I wake up with a dry mouth multiple times per night, my bladder is hypersensitive, i suffer from fatigue and daily tiredness and i also snore. Im going to visit a doctor in a few weeks and ill see what he has to say.

They will probably put you on a sleep apnea machine

I might have sleep apnea too because I wake up after 4-5 hours to piss and struggle to fall back asleep. Sometimes I wake up 4 times during a sleep for appearently no reason and it could be sleep apnea.

Id do anything to get rid of it, it ruins my life
Then try to get a sleep study and use a sleep machine if they give you one.
Bad sleep also ruins my life and I often can’t fall back asleep after I wake up and have to push through on very little sleep. I’ve even tried supposedly strong sleeping pills like ambien and they don’t help much

But you might have to. If it’s the only way to help it’s still worth it although it sucks. I’m 20 and I have to be on certain medications for the rest of my life, and they have some bad side effects. Health pill is brutal

I had that shit but another cause was responsible.

The symptoms you list are indicative of it.

Go to a sleeping lab and have it checked.

This can be treated.

I hope, whatever causes my sleep apnoa can be fixed with a surgery, at least that would be permanent

Yah good luck. It always sucks when a medical issue needs a medication/ treatment for life like mine do. Sucks having to take those meds every day for the rest of my life. It’s an extra cost and also has bad side effects

There is homeopathic treatment that can help with you issue.

I know because I had serious trouble even falling asleep and woke up a lot, like you.

Like what? I’ve tried about everything there is to try

And besides I have other chronic issues other than sleep that require daily meds to survive

That depends on your particular case.

Go to a specialist for homeopathy and explain your issues.

Same most of the time I think it’s a cope like therapy is and doesn’t really do much

Read my other reply. It is case specific and in my case it wasn't snoring but my autistic traits.

Yes, one such trait can be sleeplessness.
I get it but id still like to know what they gave you, since i also have many autistic traits (obviously, since im diagnosed aspie)

AGAIN! This is case specific. You will have to tell them about the issues that you have / think you have.

You can get the surgery to treat it in Italy for cheaper if u do get diagnosed.

A sleeping disorder

What surgery exactly ? There are multiple potential surgeries, depending on the cause of the sleep apnoa
U can get most of them. Cpap is giga uncomfortable. I’ve tried putting cpap on my patients and they don’t like it all because of how uncomfortable thst thing is. I’ve never had sleep apnea and I tried cpap for the fun of it and it was absolute dogshit experience.

You are a doctor ?

I used to be a paramedic now I’m a surgical tech and soon to be a first assist. Someday I’ll become one.
damn, mogs nearly everyone in this forum.

Also id prefer to get surgery in Germany if possible, if i have any complications ill have to drive over 500km to go back to the surgeon in Italy. Meanwhile in Germany i can reach most places a lot quicker

If it’s free go ahead but most likely they’ll consider it an elective procedure. If u do it in Italy it will save u tons of shekels.

getroffene Hunde bellen

Thanks, now that wasnt so difficult, was it ?
Different types of globuli, you nigger. Not the same.

Go see a specialist. If that specialist doesn't yse a tensor find one that does.

Maybe they can also help with your apnoea, you filthy nigger. Kek

Is it really that much cheaper ? From what i saw, Germany and Italy have mostly similar prices

I was looking to get some surgeries myself and they usually tend to be cheaper in Italy. I live in the US and I kno e a guy who needed some work on his back and he had to pay 50k in the us and went to Italy and paid like 10-15k. Germany offered him like 30k.

30k for Germany ? A doctor i talked to some years said i could get a bimax for around 10k

This is for ur back if u have back pain those procedures are more complex

What ? Bimax has nothing to do with the back. I went to him because i was unhappy with my lower third and in a cost estimate the price in total was around 10k

I’m talking in general, usually Italy tends to be cheaper but do ur research.

Oh yeah, i reread it and now it makes sense. Ill have to wait on what the doctors tell me and then we will see

I exercised more and slept in the floor for awhile. I got it from a cold back in 2023 but it's mostly under control now. Probably don't eat or drink soda for a few hours before bed might help.
