Serious Did a plank every hour today

FRom 8am to 8pm i did a leg plank every hour for 1 minute and 30 seconds, this wasnt like a full 60 min rest , if i started at for example 8:19 doesnt mean the next time will be 9:19 it may be 9:12 or 9:35 you get the point.

It wasnt bad, i dud have side effects like, for example i notice in some of those hours, when i went to do yet another leg plank, when i put my elbow down to get into the position i noticed my arm/muscle will become sort of hard, another side effect i noticed is that when im done doing that leg plank and i still down my arms straights, i nlticed that my muscle would become hard and my joint would temporarily like freeze, but this did notappear in the biggening of the planks i did today. Another side effects i had was my head, after doing the planks,in some hours i notice after im done, i would get this feeling in my head like didnt want to stand up, and i would also get this feeling in my head, which i do nor know how to describe, its like dizzeness sort of
DIzzeness is the word, but its not like your average dizzenness , your still aware, and its very short feeling, it eventually goes away.
