There have been times where I attempt to stop prone masturbating, binge eating, pacing to music in my world and searching up EVERY FUCKING THING on the internet and social media, but I honestly really can shake this off me. I also go on this site. to all of you that have told me to leave this site for a while and lose weight, it’s easier SAID then done. I still feel tempted to buy and binge on fucktons of junk food.
All of this is HONESTLY EASIER SAID then done. I mean, do you guys think the normal activities I mentioned above are normal things to do on a EVERYDAY basis.

yea its over for us, and thats why depressed lonely people like us usually try to cling onto something addictive that helps us cope with this shiity life, like alcohol or junk food.
 
LOL @ thinking that masturbating daily isnt normal, binge eating tho is very easy to stop just find another cope like video games

When I get lost in video games I have to be reminded by my parents to eat because I can go for a full day playing while just occasionally getting up to drink water and piss otherwise, its so easy to distract yourself so you dont feel hungry

Try gaining weight tho, I literally cant eat a cheesburger without feeling so full that I wanna vomit, I have to stretch out my meals every 6 hours and take at least 30 minutes eating every time I do
 
Go vegan, soon enough you'll be disgusted to binge on animal products so even if you binge it will be on shit that cant really get you fat.

I know being vegan has been turned into an sign of a soyboy but I just look at it as a diet + I would rather see a human die then an animal for the most part.
