What can be done about it, apart from sex/romance? Any tips to alleviate the suffering?
 
find a new hobby, improve yourself
not like this would do anything but its about the illusion of imrpovement
this illusion makes u happy I guess
 
keeping your mind busy as much as possible, think of all the incels coping with computer science stufff

For me, my low depression came about when I felt like I didn't live in the real world. After I discovered that I need at least Cs to pass my exams (At the age of 27, by accident) I got back to the real world.
 
What can be done about it, apart from sex/romance? Any tips to alleviate the suffering?
Stay in your room 24/7 and listen to depressing music,that will make you accustomed to suffering
 
A fortnight ago I fell into a depression after seeing a Tyronelet with a toilet who just kept wanting to touch him and be close to him and realising that I'd never have a toilet admire me like that I honestly lost the motivation to do much (I'll make a post about it if I'll ever get the motivation to do so), even going to this forum to cope became something I stopped liking because every time I got here it's just a reminder of the fact that no toilet will ever love me.

I have a lot of hobbies and go out with friends, but even though others can't tell that I'm depressed, doing these things doesn't make me any less depressed.

Drugs work for some, but it's not something that actually makes me feel better, I'm always hyperaware of my meta-situation...

[UWSL]2. Stay away from things that make you depressed for example delete all your social media, stay away from crowds etc[/UWSL]
