I don't know how you can cope with TV. Everyone's different I guess. To me it isn't stimulating at all.

Most TV content seems catered towards a foid audience especially the commercials.

Anyways, I recommend you kill yourself slowly with alcohol or weed when you REALLY can't take it.

I have been weening myself off alcohol lately and taking small doses of THC and CBD oil and I find it really helps with my depression and anxiety.
