As an incel we should not be using social media at all. Even if we ony have 5 friends on facebook who will always have these posts popping up of random people who have "happy lives". I do not really need to see that. I my friends want to contact me there is still whatsapp or email no need for facebook , instagram or all that shit.

If you're on social media, you will be led to believe that everyone is leading interesting an fufilling lives. Really, they are all broken and confused due to the modern way of living.

I've deleted all my major social media, and I can definitely say that I experience less anxiety.

Good, there are no reason to use social media as an incel since lookism is even worse there than irl. It's basically only foids whoring for Chad and beta orbiters on social media.
