My regret is something I did not do.

If I could go back in time I would do a mass shotting at my school, but I had a lot of hope at the time. Nowadays I content myself by doing my "mass shotting" in silence and with slow results

Not having muscle and being sub 12% bodyfat from highschool to now for those face gains. I've never been below 15-17% bf. I have a fat bloated face. I'm working on it now, but it's too late.

Occasional large calorie deficits when I was 11-15, losing and gaining weight rapidly at that age stunts growth. I could have been at least as tall as my dad if not taller if I didn't do dumb shit like that. I also went vegeterian for a year when I was 18, but that probably didn't stunt my growth because I stopped growing at 17.
Mouthbreathing and not brushing my teeth often when I was younger.
That's about it.
