Decile Scale variant?

I never understood quite where some people land at the Decile that's on the wiki cause I feel I need more examples. Some hyperlinks don't help as well (there's no images of what a Tanner looks like, for example, and you have to go back to the original chart to look at 5's). Maybe the problem is my retarded brain, but anyways... does anyone have a variant that is as accurate as the "main" one?
I don't know if I trust what pops up on google (can't find their source).
