So it seems, acording to the bluepilled persons that enjoy making fun of us, that personality is the key factor to atract females.

Personality is defined as: "the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character".

Why whould someone change all those characteristics and qualities that he developed since born, if such thing is even possible, to atract another person? Where's all that shit about self-acceptance?

That magical ideal personality they want is just invented. They just end up going for the guy they feel atracted to. And they are all the same kind of guys. The guys they fuck with have already fucked lots of females, they don't have a "better" personality than a regular virgin in the town. Is just that they are better looking and foids fall for them and become another number in the count of pussy that they got.

While that happens we are getting rejected by those kind of females with that stupid argument of personality. A personality they won't get to know, cause they don't know anything about us. They just saw us, and already assume we are no worth a bit of attention. They prefer to look away, and don't speak to us. And we are still the ones with an awful personality.

But those guys that fuck dozens of foids and dump them after sex have better personality than us, because that's the only argument they come with.

Do they still wonder why we hate them so much? You can't just ignore someone, and act like he doesn't exist, or like he's an evil, dangerous, maniac person, when you didn't even gave a chance to speak with him.

ITcels have it backwards. Your attractiveness shapes your personality, your personality doesn't shape your attractiveness. If you are a Chad people will treat you well because of the halo effect and women will desire you because of your genetics. As a result of this you will become confident, outgoing and sociable and talking to women will be so easy you won't even have to think about it.
You can't change your personality because your personality is shaped by how you were treated throughout your life, especially in the years leading up to adulthood. If you try and fake your personality and appear as someone you're not people will realise very quickly.
