In life as a Incel, you don't have many options in terms of how people like you. As a sub6 male, people are gonna be gunning for you, looking for every reason not to like you and trying to find ANY reason possible to throw you under the bus. This is how I personally dealt with normies.
Now I don't mean to say you should jestermaxx and try to people please because that'll get you the same results as sperging out and being offensive. You should only try to get to a neutral standpoint with them, and especially not too close either. I have made the mistake of trying to force myself into friendgroups where the people simply just don't like me (we all know why that is) or try to make friends with randos. Don't try to "put yourself out there" because they will send you right back where you came from. Now at the same time, don't be a tist and sperg out at them. I made this mistake too and decided that I don't give a fuck about what people think and told myself "only people who truly like me will come around if I'm my true self"
this is the worst thing you can do. You shouldn't "be yourself". I'm not saying be fake and try to fit in I'm saying don't Incriminate yourself by saying every thought in your mind, you have to learn to mask a bit. Another thing you shouldn't do is to socially isolate yourself and never talk to anyone because you are going to be seen as a creep/weirdo. Try to be social JUST enough to the point where you're not seen as a creep. I can't tell you the exact extent but you'll know if you're overextending or being anti-social.
Another big tip is to understand that you are doomed either way. You are gonna subconsciously be perceived negatively NO MATTER what you do. Too social? Cocky and arrogant. Not social enough? Creepy and antisocial. Social enough? Boring and weird. It's GG no matter what you do. So your best bet is to get to a point where you don't get harassed by them and they leave you alone.
Don't give them fuel either. Especially if you're into niche things. They are a hivemind and they are gonna clown you. I mentioned I'm a big fan of Final Fantasy games and got called weird. Trust me you are way better off to say you play call of duty or whatever normies do. They are gonna look for anything to justify their subconscious distain toward you.
You gotta be paranoid about these people. They are gunning for you and the worst part is that it's subconscious, they simply can't help it. Huge part of people, if not all, you meet are normies who are looking for ANYTHING to clown you with. Don't give it to them.
Guys you gotta understand that you cans shield yourself from normies 100%. You are gonna have to interract with them at some point. They are in your house, they are at your gym, they are in your school/uni, they are at your job, and for some they are even your friends. and so you are gonna have to learn to atleast deal with them in a manner where they don't call the national guard on you
