Hi guys i have a new cope that i wanna share. You know how iam 5'6 , well i remmeber seeing videos in the past, basically they said it makes you taller because the spine decompresses.
Well considering the fact that i am 5'6 and 17 years, and that growth plate sart ckosing at 18,i have to give it a short.
I hope im 5'11 after deadhanging for like 2 months.
Anyways what you guys think?

Do cardio bro. Stay away from soy etc. I stopped growing at 15 and grew some gyno tits that summer its probably related as females stop growing taller at like 14.
