I started because it initially helped with my severe social anxiety, then I became addicted and also drank because I was depressed. And because my eyesight was getting worse.
Now I've been addicted to that crap for over 17 years and I'm vegetating.

And if you try quitting, the withdrawals will pretty much kill you so i don't blame you

Have u done any other drugs besides alcohol btw?

Or tried to taper off it, for example with benzos so u don't get withdrawals
