I don't know for sure, but here's what I think: If you go through Do It For State and I'm Shmacked and Total Frat Move and Barstool Sports, and look for which colleges submit the most "smokeshow" pictures, you'll have the real sluttiest college. Because that's the college where the most women are wanting to show off their bodies.

If you have 2 fucking brain cells you should be asking yourself, wouldn't the most promiscuous colleges all be in the same region and not representing every single tier of college?? How was the data gathered and sorted? What questions were asked?

What's up with Rutgers? I had a massive low iq acquaintance. Not only was he low iq,he was also a very weird person overall. People would make fun of him and he would start orbiting them. He was a literal meme . He was 1 mark away from repeating a grade.
