I killed him in 3 hits with CMW+Great Scythe then I got killed by its stupid clones. On my way back to get the souls, I got one shotted by those exploding heads. Note that this is Ng+ and I only have 23 vitality. 60.000 souls GONE FOREVER. At least I got the rite of kindling.
