Video evidence? There's videos of guys sticking fists in their assholes or showing off their hair plugs, but there aren't before/after videos of a guy who got from ugly to good looking through cosmetic surgery.
What about a normie guy? Most ugly men have obvious imperfections. In my opinion, they mostly have a problem with their upper or/and lower jaws. But such surgeries are expensive. So, not every incel can afford them.

Only video evidence before and after. It could be a celebrity, a politician, an athlete or a rando. With so many videos of people on line (even guys showing off results of their surgeries like nose jobs and ear tucks and hair transplants), why isn't there videos of guys who became significantly better looking through surgery?

How about singers, actors, politicians or athletes? Those are people who have been on camera for most of their careers (and most wouldn't be able to afford extensive surgery at the beginning of their careers) so if surgery could make a significant difference, there should be video evidence everywhere.
