You have to look at it this way. Women don't like Chad only because they have an aesthetic appreciation of their bodies. They are attracted to them because good looks imply superior genes.
ANY deficiency, whether mental or physical, will be a turn off to a woman, and severe mental deficiencies can be as much of a turn off as severe physical deficiencies. Keep in mind that the vast majority of mentalcels aren't Chadtier in looks (not the least because some mental problems are acquired due to rejection or abuse in the first place), but even to the degree they are, mental deficiencies CAN work to reduce their chances because it isn't just about looks, it's the whole picture. Everything about you has to be perfect. The best Chads are as perfect in their NT behavior as they are in looks.
Now, i guess the biggest point of contention is that mental issues can be fixed, where as physical deficiencies cannot. I say it depends on the mental issue. Autism cannot be fixed. Several mental problems derive from a dysfunction of the brain, which is a physical deformity like any other, and can't be fixed unless scientists figure out how to rewire a defective brain through surgery.
