It’s actually very hard to think of plausible routes for vengeance or clawing your way to a better life because we’re so far progressed into this system time wise that many loopholes have been plugged and the consequences for getting caught are massive. If my department head and this bitch left for another job my life would improve by a factor of 10 lol. I’ve already been looking another job myself but they all have so many fucking ridiculous requirements even for jobs a monkey could do. The decent jobs do I mean. I can’t even pay for a studio apartment working at McDonald’s or something so that can’t be an option.

Abuse official channels like I do. Look at your LOCAL labour laws, put in official complaints to the CEO, higher managers and record everything you send. Record interactions with her on audio or video using your phone or something. If the upper management doesn't care, just "expose" the company by whistleblowing to local and national news about the awful conditions at your company.

Sure the rich rule us but we can abuse the shit out of the system that the unions gave us.

Do you work on IT? With the ammount of experience you have it's curious that you do not have a management role and tower over foids. I just started to work and i'm wondering how to stop working lmao, i don't see myself working 9-5 for 40 years just to retire and be dead. There has to be a way to work 4 hours and earn a decent living...

If not you're just basically living to work, and it's meaningless. I want to enjoy my copes if i cannot get laid, why should i also contribute my life to this retarded system?

Oh trust me I would love to get a job in management, really I would but I don’t have a managerial degree nor do I have the relevant experience since you need a company out there to give you your first chance. And it’s chicken and egg where they won’t unless you already have experience. And you can’t fabricate experience because they call your prior employers. Even if you list a closed company now they request your pay stubs to verify you aren’t lying.

Some devs/IT workers are promoted from within anyway and are eventually able to move over to product management from a tech lead position for example but the dilemma there is it is entirely who you know and having friends in the right places to get those jobs. Were I a woman I really do think I would’ve been offered one though, our standards are nonexistent for female applicants but the men are actually expected to work.

I’ve never had charisma and I have no personal connection with the higher ups. If anything I think they seem to dislike me, I know my immediate boss does (see original post) and they’re the one who then talks to the people who give out the jobs so if they don’t like you it’s basically over. I’ve been looking for another job to start over but haven’t got one yet. I’ll keep trying though. My plan is not lie but to exaggerate my responsibilities such that maybe just maybe I can sort of hop to a different job type than what I have now.

Oh also yeah I’ve been thinking about that too — I really wanted to work in a library as it seemed like a chill job but my applications are always rejected. Job market is super competitive and you really have to know somebody to get your foot in the door has been my experience. Most of us are just average in our field after all.

A very real problem is that women are simply not treated the way men are. Everyone coddles them and indulges them and people aren't honest with them for so many years that the minute you're the person telling them the truth they will not handle it. Something I've noticed. If a woman is below you in the company hierarchy then she's very submissive and acts like a good girl and is sweet and nice etc etc. If you are below that same person and they leave the presence of their boss suddenly their entire demeanor changes and they treat men beneath them like actual garbage. I’ve seen that sentiment before. People have this idea in their head that women are kinder or more empathetic or something. In reality they’re ruthless if you’re an ugly man or just even just a man they deem “beneath them” in status (which is what they think if they’re your boss). In my experience men have their own issues but are usually 10x more professional and keep a cooler head. The number of times my female bosses have had emotional outbursts is unreal — and nothing at all ever happens to them. If my male bosses exploded at their female underlings in the same way they would be out the door so fast their head would spin.

This all goes back to how it’s fucking bullshit the whole line about “we just want to be treated like men are treated!” Lol. Lmao even. No bitch no you do not. You have no idea how men are actually treated and the degree of special treatment and leeway you’re given everyday just because you’re a woman.
