My dad had his jaw and chin reconstructed after an accident. I only knew him as his post op self and was surprised to find out I had his weak fat chin. I considered having surgery but my relationship with my dad isn't great. I don't want to give him the power of me trying to look more like him.

It's definitely not that simple, but mandibular angle implants are one of the only surgeries pretty much every guy on earth can get a significant boost from. Slayer jaw angles are very rare IRL, and implants do a good job replicating them.

I consider mandibular implants for men the equivalent of breast implants for women.
