Curries are nice from time to time but overall, they have too much spice and sauce. I prefer clean pan fried fish/meat or spiceless chicken/beef soups like Hainanese chicken and rice, or steamed beef with broccoli. Also wraps, pitas, and sandwiches. These are much better overall than curries.

I tend to agree tbh, In ecuador we have a lot of pan fried fish and seafood soups which are nicer than curry for sure
