The Kirovsky district court of Omsk recognized that the 39-year-old father of many children is not the biological father of three sons and two daughters. A forensic examination confirmed the sailor's assumptions that he was not raising his own children.
As it became known, a resident of Omsk himself applied to the court with a request to challenge paternity. According to the plaintiff, after 12 years of marriage, he divorced his wife, whom he began to suspect of cheating.
- They left six children - three sons and three daughters, for the maintenance of which he regularly pays alimony - half of his salary, - reported "RG" senior assistant to the chairman of the Kirov district court Olga Lyashenko.
However, the man had suspicions that he is not the biological father of the last five children. With regard to the paternity of the eldest daughter, he has no doubts - after all, she was born before the wedding and is his copy. But the other children, the last of whom was born in 2007, are not like him at all. Plus at the time when they could have been conceived, he was in navigation.
The sailor provided the court with a certificate of the exact time he was absent from home, as he was on a long voyage and demanded a DNA examination of the five children. The study cost him 46 thousand rubles.
It should be said that the former wife of the sailor admitted that the last child is definitely not his. But who exactly is the father of the other four children, she allegedly does not know herself.
The results of the study shocked the Omich. According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, he, indeed, is not the biological father of any of the five children.
The court fully satisfied the sailor's claims and released him from alimony payments.
