how do you feel when you are in a crowded public area? for me, i start getting dizzy. the world around me seems like its spinning and i am just looking at everyones face around me as they just walk past not acknowledging my existence, it feels unreal

just put on your headphones and listen to the music you like at full volume (to mute the outside sounds) that helps me a lot
