I would suggest for plural adding -as for feminine Roseas - Roses.

Russian-like pronouncing would sound good. A simple spanish-like system because it is easy. For example neuter does not exist in spanish but it does in Russian.

Russian sounds awesome, but can be hard to pronounce. SOmething like spanish, or perhaps Japanese which has an even more limited inventory of phonemes and has relatively simple phones. I'm not suggesting that the language is supposed to sound like a Jap, a Russian or Spaniard, though, only same sounds. Besides having a foundation, stuff like intonation and all that won't matter since this will primarily be a written language.

jfl arabic is like the hardest language for both writing and learning in the world. I think mandarin's writing may be harder tho.

Armenian but the script is too confusing. Many letters look almost the same. Georgian looks even worse in that sense

As for the sounds
We could keep the sounds really simple. The consonants can be like this, except that we remove the difficult ones. (lateral fricative, lateral affricative. The ɾ and l might also pose a challenge, but I think they are common enough to be left alone)
And we only use the 5 basic vowels /a i u e o/
