To be fair English is 100 time easier than both Hindi and Chinese.
not even sure how we evaluate this TBH because I figure our native language always seems easiest to learn
I mean you can objectively gauge how hard or easy a language is by its grammar, pronunciation, and things like that.
I think it's fair to say a Chinese or a Indian person would have a easier time learning English than vice versa.
Oh and there's also the fact that 'Indian' and 'Chinese' in many cases are already bilingual because they speak their region's language alongside the standard national language (like Cantonese and Shanghainese in China or Assamese and Bengali in India among hundreds more) i've also heard that there are quite a bit of Indians who also speak 3 languages daily.
And that's on top of whatever local varieties of whatever language they are speaking has, so yea English speaking countries def don't have that type of advantage.

Chinese is way harder to learn tho, must remember thousands hieroglyphs and speaking is also not easy
yes I guess if you study it enough, but to know a language that well you've probably already begun to get fluent in it, thus most can't make that comparison.
