Well I do not know if you have ever partaken in a wine tasting, but if you wash wine quick enough down your throat without savoring it you will not pick up on all the subtle notes. I imagine the same goes for human meat.
It probably mostly tastes like pork however I imagine that it has a complexity like no other meat. The only way to know for certain is to try it yourself. And that is why I am curious about it.

It’s just a curiosity thing to try a taste. I could go with or without trying it. No DESIRE to try it

I’m just saying if given the chance I would see what it tastes like (assuming the human either died of natural causes or was a violent criminal). I wouldn’t want a human worthy of life to be sacrificed for my curiosity
