The implication of cannibalism is bad because it assumes you have to kill and eat someone. But what if you don’t kill them?

Imagine a mass murderer and child rapist, who is very hygienic. They get put to the electric chair, then their muscle meat is cooked and prepared and offered to the public as samples

Well I do not know if you have ever partaken in a wine tasting, but if you wash wine quick enough down your throat without savoring it you will not pick up on all the subtle notes. I imagine the same goes for human meat.
It probably mostly tastes like pork however I imagine that it has a complexity like no other meat. The only way to know for certain is to try it yourself. And that is why I am curious about it.
