Because of the negative Hitler connatations you'd have to repackage "national socialism" and rename it to something else. All the normshits just love Bernie Sander and his communist agenda so I think a successful campaign would have to be compelling enough to get them on board with "neo-socialism" or "freedom socialism" or whatever the name will be. And then once they're in power, start implementing the real plan, like kicking out the immigrants, revoking women's rights, nationalizing certain industries. I don't see how you'd be able to convince everyone to get onboard when all the people who are currently rich and in power will essentially have no money (or just not as much) and no political power in the new regime. It would have to be a bait and switch.
