That's what i hate about them but they are good for stimulant comedowns

I am too high inhib for drugs as you have to go to thugs to buy them etc. Plus they’re really expensive. I just cope with alcohol, cigs, goyslop and fapping.

I like benzos too but I've went through a benzo withdrawal or two. It was the single most horrible thing that ever happened to me. Low key even more damaging than finding my death father lying on the floor. Benzo withdrawals can feel like chemical torture almost.

To increase GABA I eat keto diet, take some supplements like taurine, apigenin. Works OK for me.
