I can’t take it anymore ded srs. Whenever I’m lying in bed i just simulate a world inside my brain where i live with loving loyal foid. And now I started doing it all day long, those delusions protect me from clown world. Anyone coping like that too?

When I work, I imagine having a girlfriend/wife just sitting around being interested in my work and asking me what I'm doing. Then I bounce ideas off of her and sometimes it helps me to better formulate problems and come up with solutions.

I do the same with a pale girl with dark curly hair and blue eyes with plain features but she is very old fashion and she is mine forever. One time I had a 3 hour long day dream about us going Christmas shopping at antique shops and having dinner and laughing together. Later at night we kissed and just laid together in peace.
