Venting [controversial] having been bullied hurts me more

To me, having been bullied hurts more than being a Virgin.
I Just can't move on.
I also did some years of martial arts but i still feel insecure.
Has anyone managed to feel a bit Better?

I know there's a muay thai group near me, but with moderate sleep apnea I know I'd get fucking destroyed.
I'd get destroyed even without sleep apnea, but at least then I'd have leverage to improve.

Worst thing is, one of my former friends can't fight, but he never had to due to being very attractive. He was never bullied in the 12 years of schooling I spend with him. Not sure if anything happened to him during college though.
