Constitution of the United States - Why don't more countries make it their supreme law?

The Constitution is often credited for the success of the U.S.A.

Why don't more countries just scrap their current political system and start from fresh with the American Constitution?

Wouldn't, say, African developing countries benefit from such a Constitution?

The 19th amendment sucks.

I don't know what that amendment is but just as The Constitution used other documents such as the English Bill of Rights of 1689 (created after bitter Civil Wars) as a model there is no reason others could not also use the U.S. Constitution as a model and leave out unclear articles.

The Constitution came after the War of Independence and was modeled after many years of bitter experience of tyrants running countries in Europe.
