I think this one is an optimization problem.
Console coders got lazy also. I remember watching a video explaining why console ports have less bugs and are more optimized, as it requires to be optimized for only one architecture. So theres much less work.

Gaming without ssd is dreadful. PS2/PS3 are very cheap nowadays but since they can't really utilize ssd without modding i don't want to go back in time to buy any of those consoles even if combability is better than emulation. As it takes ages to load save file or level and there are no modding and fps drops are much worse and you also can't play at higher resolutions. And ssd can't fix those issues.
For $600-700 you could buy something good and run everything at more playable framerate on PC and there would be ssd ofc.
And you were capped at 30fps pretty pathetic. While PC with same shitty gpu could run it at 60fps with some drops to 40s. But never to 30fps. Definitive edition not only runs worse but looks like ass, PC has choice to play OG at over 40fps or new version at 20-30fps like PS4. Ofc it was at launch now with average PC you run it at 4k/144fps.

Fitting a good GPU will be tough in that budget. When you get down to like 60 level GPUs, then fps limits are inevitable with most recent games.

Yes, but the only good deals for used GPUs I ever see are for older ones that won't perform much better than consoles.
They will and 2019 gpus are performing better than base ps5 (you can get rx 5700 xt for $120). For matching PS5 Pro you would want rx 6800 but that's much more expensive and not that great of value as you need to spend $300 on card that can't support FSR4. Not great.
So for low-mid end is really cheap but high end it's pretty crap even in used market unless you want to spend $450+ then you can find something very powerful

Many console goys are simply lazy. A former friend of mine had a gaming PC but he rarely used it and said he prefer consoles because its simpler and easier, aka he was lazy
Theres always jaili breacking and hetting access to emulators to play old ass games and other wacky shit. You dont always need a fancy gaming pc. I have a 500$ laptop that can weirdly run COD BO6 but not ghost recon breack point.

I got my PC in January and it is like tasting true freedom for the first time in my life. I felt like Eren jager at the top of the rumbling. I saved up for almost 2 years, it cost me $1400 but you can craft a PC in the $500-600 range that is either equal to consoles or performs a little lesser, maybe better if you’re lucky. I’m not a PC guy so other users who are more qualified can correct me, maybe I’m vastly underestimating the cost here. I advise you to save up for as long as needed and go the full hog. Get a good setup in the $1000 price range. Might take years, but that is well worth it. No subscriptions costs anymore, and can be used for everything not just gaming. Plus pirating can make gaming completely free. Just don’t be retarded and download obvious viruses when torrenting.
One is area shooter like quake 3 and another huge ass open world that also had very bad optimization. Better play Wildlands it ran and looked better.

Yeah made by Sony's money. Absolutely bitch to crack but bypassing is as trivial as giving you a candy, with modern token making tools that those people now have created it's that simple. You no longer even need to login anywhere just download game files with their sigma downloader in any folder then put few replacement files they give you and then it works instantly like you are the person who just bought it on Steam.

Also make sure to disable/pause windows updates as they can mess up Denuvo token and force you to verify it again. After beating the game you can re-enable/unpause it again.
