The current inceldom is caused by liberal ethnos , the idea that degenerates can do whatever they want. This leads to a low birthrate, in which, tribalistic people can easily take advantage of, such as replacing locals in jobs and demographics. E.g. jeets of IT industry.
High birth rate groups know their shit and have strong mateguarding mechanism, so by demographic and sheer number alone will replace the locals, regardless of intermixing or not.
Actually, they don't need to mix at all to replace you, because they will dominate the local politics and put pressure on anyone that speaks against them. Eventually you'll be roped into their culture.
There's no denying that western liberal cultures are superior when it comes to fighting an conventional war, but the open culture that let's countries like USA to absorb the best talents of the world, also leaves it vulnerable to open borders, who more often than not will be ultraconservative.

Foreign labor doesn't really help us, it's mainly used to reduce employees social rights to make companies more competitive. This contributes to lower wages.
