Cope Completely avoiding gaze and self-isolating myself is somewhat working for me

As some may have seen on a previous thread, I am disfigured and khhv at the age of 26.

I already wear a mask, hoodie, and earbuds 24/7 outside. I also avoid looking at anyone. I’m trying to stay inside as much as possible outside of wageslaving. Before, I was delusional to want to experience normie things and look at normies. That only increased the pain and killed my comfort since I can never have any of those things.

LDAR is legit (outside of wageslaving in my case since I live on my own). I think I can survive at least until 30 living like this. I don’t want to rope yet, that’s too scary right now.

I live on my own since my dad died years ago and we lost the house, so I decided to move away. So now I have to buy groceries and things on my own since I can’t always afford delivery.

I hope I can moneymaxx to the point where outside of going to my job (where I also lie that I am immunosuppressed to explain my mask-wearing), I can get everything delivered and have a bunch of copes inside my living space. That’s life fuel for me.

If I can create enough separation between me and the normie world, I think my suffering would continue but would be much less
