Maybe. And that doesn't mean that there's no truth in it. But you do have to realize that most of your objection to it is because you aren't personally benefiting from it rather than any actual moral stance against it.

Plenty of non-incel men do complain about aspects of it on those grounds, one doesn't need to be a complete outcast to reach similar conclusions. It shouldn't come as a surprise either when those who receive the short end of the stick would question the validity of it as well. Even though, many people don't want to admit it and would rather think they are doing so for altruistic reasons and selfless reasons.
