Tbhngl my sympathies with Communism wear thinner and thinner by the day. I notice certain ways of thinking endemic to the "Left", whether of the fake or genuine caliber, that disinclines me to any appreciation I might have had for Marxist historicism. Not that the Right isn't packed like a sardine tin with redpill scum, but I notice that vulgarity, philistinism, and sentimentality alternate in the mentalities of many of the most notable Left-aligned. You can make a sure bet of a Commie bragging about "doing the sexing" anytime he gets the chance, even if it's with a tranny or something. Obsessed by bread and loin without an inner vision around which to orient oneself. I grow further away from materialist-oriented philosophy (which isn't something I'd have expected even a year ago) and recognize myself as having a much greater tendency to asceticism and the pursuit virtue over world-improvement and humanistic optimism. Much more about the world and my place in it makes sense as a quasi-Rightist.
That said, I grew up listening to a lot of music, my primary interest, that kept me wandering in an intellectual ghetto several years overdue. I still enjoy most of it.
