Probably a certificate in some kind od skilled labor or trade such as heating plumbing HVAC and construction.

But those jobs are hard as fuck one time a toilet in my house broke and we put it out on the driveway for the sanitation workers to take and I tried picking it up out or boredom but it was so heavy I couldn't. I can't pick up a toilet or any sort of heavy equipment tools either. This pretty much disqualifies me from learning a trade or being part of the skilled labor workforce.
